Daydreaming Tag Featuring Creative Paperclay®

Hi Friends:  When using molds with your Creative Paperclay®, do you ever accidentally break pieces off the embellishment when removing it from the mold?  It happens to me more than I like, but I NEVER throw those pieces away.  Even if they're too intricate or broken to glue back together, the pieces can always be used in creative ways on your projects.

Here are some broken pieces from an IOD mould - it's a mess:

I used these pieces to create a mixed media tag that shows one way to use them to create a beautiful project and no one would ever know that the pieces weren't meant to go that way.

Jess B's - Flowers are Blooming

Hello Everyone
I wanted to bring some vibrant colors
to cheer up spirits
as we are still in the winter season

Nana is doing better
sitting up, walking, and eating!
Just all around good :o)

I have been fascinated by
mixed media and all the textures that
can bring decor to life
I feel a shift in my creativity
I used Creative Paperclay®, heart cookie cutters, flourish clear stamp, and a candy bowl
to create the flower shap.  Bake according to the instructions.
I a long canvas that I pulled out bring acrylic paints and
used an old hotel card to combine the paints

Adirondack Color Wash,
Lindy's Stamp Gang Sprays - Flat Fabios
 Dylusion Sprays

Tattered Angel Notes from Garden with StazOn Olive Green Ink

Added sequins to the center of the flowers

I had some foam stamps and decided to write the words in Spanish

IMAGINAR - IMAGINE
CREER - BELIEVE
SER - BE

Thanks for stopping by
see you in a couple of weeks

Jess B's - Under the Sea

Hello Everyone,

Can you tell I want to be somewhere warm
Heck I always want to be somewhere warmer than the
mid west
I always tell my mom that she had me in the
wrong month (November) and in the wrong country
I am not a fan of cold weather
but this is where we are

The sea is full of rich
intense bright colors
that we can only try to mimic
INSPIRATION

UNDER THE SEA

Wooden heart
I painted gesso on the entire heart for color spraying later
wanted wall piece to be 3-dimension
I rolled balls of Creative Paperclay®, flattened and curved each piece
with finger to look like a sea coral bed
not the best rendition but it works
Baked Creative Paperclay® and sprayed with
Adirondack - Color Wash - Stream
Lindy's Stamp Gang - Flat Fabio - Ocean Breeze Blue & Aloha Avocado
Tattered Angels - Iridescent Gold
I streamed hot glue on the edge or heart
and sprayed Steam and Iridescent Gold
Pounced gold pigment gold to make the textured hot glue pop
